Cable Bicep Curl (Behind the Body)

Setup instructions

1) Start with a low anchor point on both sides of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight on either side.

2) Grab the handles and take a step in front (about a foot or 2). Now, lean slightly forward. Your arms should be extended behind you with your chest up.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly pull your hands towards your shoulders.

2) Pause at the top and squeeze the biceps. Now, reverse the movement to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
