Mini Band Full Body ~ A Light Introduction

Got a mini band and want a full body workout? Look no further! This routine is packed with different ways to get the best out of your mini band. And if you’re feeling inspired, you can even create your own! By default, the exercise time duration is set to 45 seconds & 12 reps but don’t worry, you can easily customize it to fit your needs.
