Mini Band Lat Pulldown

- Upper Back
1) Stand tall with your chest up and core tight.
2) Place your hands inside the mini band loop.
3) Pull the band apart so your back is engaged. It should be resting in front of your chest.
1) Push the band away from you at a near 45 degree angle. At the top, lower the band tension by moving your hands closer together slightly.
2) Pause for a second and reverse the movement back to the starting position.
