Mini Band Tricep Push Down
- Mini Resistance Band
1) Stand tall with your chest up and core tight.
2) Place your hands inside the mini band loop. The top of your right hand and your left palm should be in contact. Face the right palm down.
3) Place your left hand on your right shoulder.
1) Extend your right arm down towards the floor.
2) Pause and squeeze the triceps at the bottom.
3) Slowly bend your elbow back to the starting position.
