Mini Band Fire Hydrant

Setup instructions

1) Start on all fours - keep the hands directly under your chest.

2) Put your feet through the mini band - it should be resting on the soles and the top of your feet.

Perform instructions

1) Keep the bend in the knee and open the hip outwards in an arc-like motion.

2) Pause for a second and lower to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
