Setup instructions
1) Start on all fours - keep the hands directly under your shoulders.
2) Put your feet through the mini band - it around the soles of your feet, not ankles.
Perform instructions
1) Keep the 90 degree bend in the knee and rotate the hip outwards in an arc-like motion.
2) Pause at the top lower to the starting position.
Ensure the core is tight throughout to avoid twisting.
3) Repeat.
