Mini Band Dislocate (Overhead Y)

Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with your chest up and core tight.
2) Place your wrists inside the mini band loop.
3) Extend your arms out with a slight bend in the elbows. Raise your arms above your head.
Perform instructions
1) Separate your arms outwards. Pause for a second and bring them back to the starting position.
2) Repeat.
