Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up and core tight.

2) Place your hands inside the mini band loop. Pull the band apart slightly to keep the band in place.

3) Extend the arms to be forwards and down in front of you - point the fingers.

Perform instructions

1) Lift your arms up and end up at a near 45 degree angle.

2) Separate your arms in opposite directions.

3) Now, keep your arms separated but lower them back down.

4) Bring your hands closer together and return to the starting position.

5) Repeat.
