Mini Band Bicep Curl
- Mini Resistance Band
1) Stand tall with your chest up and core tight.
2) Grab the mini band - overhand grip with the left hand and an underhand grip with the right. Keep your left arm extended and close to your side.
1) Bend your elbow and slowly lift the band towards your shoulder.
2) Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
3) Pause for a second and lower your arm back to the starting position.
