BurnIt Bootcamp ~ For Increased Fat burn 🔥

Looking for a fun and engaging way to burn fat without running on the spot? Look no further! This workout is designed to burn fat in all areas and will make you sweat! 💦 It’s best suited for a gym but only uses 3 pieces of equipment. You can overwrite the reps/weight/time with your own! Once saved, follow these steps: 1 - Click the ‘more button’ (it’s the three dots) at the top right. 2 - Click ‘Update targets’. 3 - Overwrite with your own targets and you’re good to go! 😎
