Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

2) Hold the kettlebell with your left hand and lift your left foot up.

Perform instructions

1) Keep the left foot in place and pass over the weight from your left hand to your right - balance and hold this position.

2) Now, pass over the weight from your right hand to your left - again, balance and hold this position.

3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
