Skipping Rope One Hop (Jumping Jack)

Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
2) Hold the skipping rope by the handles and place the rope behind your legs.
Perform instructions
1) Swing the rope around you and jump your feet outwards - keep the knees soft and land on the balls of your feet.
2) Swing the rope around you again and bring your feet in.
3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
