Setup instructions

1) Lay the agility ladder on the floor - start inside the first square.
Face sidewards with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

Perform instructions

1) Step your right foot in the next square quickly followed by your left - keep on the balls of your feet.

2) Follow this pattern and make your way up the ladder.
