This routine is a great addition to any plan (I use it as a finisher). You’ll only need one dumbbell and it’ll take approximately 20 minutes to complete 💪. By the way, you can customize it to your liking by going to ‘3 dots’ > ‘update targets’ and overwriting the weights/reps.
