Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with a slight bend in the knees. Keep the chest up, core and glutes tight.

2) Start by holding one dumbbell by your waist.

Perform instructions

1) Keep upright and lower the dumbbell towards the floor - the dumbbell should be close to your body at all times.

2) Pause for a second at the bottom. Now, pull the dumbbell up so you're upright. Carry on and lean to the other side.

3) Come back to the starting position.

4) Repeat.
