Leg Lift (Side to Side)

Setup instructions

1) Sit on the floor and extend your legs out in front. Lean back slightly and place your hands on the floor for support.

Perform instructions

1) Keep your legs straight as you lift them up and over towards your right side. As you reach the top, your body should look like a 'V'.

2) Repeat on the other side.
