Ab Circuit | Burnit ~ For a Strong Core

This is the ab circuit I use every week to keep my core in shape! It’s a mix of calisthenics and resistance training that will give your abs a serious burn 🔥🥵💪. UPDATE: I’ve added my reps/weights with added rests in between. However, you can customize these to your liking. Once saved, look at the top right: 1 - Click the ‘more button’ (it’s the three dots) 2 - Click ‘update targets’ 3 - Overwrite with yours Have fun with it! 😊
