Setup instructions

1) Half kneel by keeping your right shin on the ground and plant the left foot on the floor - you should have a 90 degree angle. Keep the chest up - engage the core and glutes.

2) Grab the dumbbell with a crush grip by the handle. Start with it on your right side.

Perform instructions

1) Use momentum to swing the dumbbell up and across your body. The endpoint should be the dumbbell over your left shoulder.

2) Now, swing the dumbbell back down to your right side - follow the momentum. You should be in the starting position.

3) Repeat.
