Stability Ball Stir the Pot
- Stability Ball
1) Lean on the stability ball and extend your legs back behind you - you're aiming for a straight line between your back and rear legs. Clasp both hands together and make sure your elbows have full contact with the ball.
Note: keep your core tight throughout the entire exercise.
1) Slowly make large clockwise circles with the ball.
2) Now, make large anti-clockwise circles.
3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
