Setup instructions

In standing position, slightly bend your knees and widen your stance.

Perform instructions

Hinge at the hips and have a slight bend at the knees. As you squat down, keep your back flat and head neutral. Lift your heels so you are on the balls of your feet. Staying low, start running on the spot as fast as you can, pumping your arms.
