Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral - keep your knees soft.

Perform instructions

1) Lift your heels so you are on the balls of your feet.

2) Start running on the spot as fast as you can - pump your arms. Keep the knees soft to absorb some of the impact.
