Setup instructions

1) Lay the agility ladder on the floor - start at the bottom of the ladder outside first square. Face forward with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

Perform instructions

1) Jump forward 3 times - land on the balls of your feet.

2) Now, immediately after the 3rd jump, step your right foot in the next square and quickly follow with your left. Run up the rest of the ladder.

3) Repeat.
