Setup instructions

1) Use the landmine attachment to anchor a barbell on the floor - load your weight to the other side. Position yourself so the anchor is in front of you.

2) Stand up tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral. Grab the end of the bar so the landmine is around chest level.

Perform instructions

1) Keep the body stationary as you whip the landmine to the left and right.
