Agility Ladder Drill 2 Double Leg Hop Forward & 1 Back

Setup instructions
1) Lay the agility ladder on the floor - start inside the first square.
Face forward with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
Perform instructions
1) Jump forward by 2 squares - land on the balls of your feet.
2) Now, jump backwards by 1 square.
3) Follow this pattern and make your way up the ladder.
