1) Place 2 cones on the floor opposite each other (the distance can be adjustable).
2) Start on the right side of the 1st cone - face the opposite one.
1) Run to the 2nd cone and touch the top with your left hand. Look forward as you jog back to the starting cone.
2) Manoeuvre around the 1st cone so you're on the left side. Again, run to the top cone and reach down with your right hand.
3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
