1) In standing position, slightly bend your knees with your feet shoulder width apart.
1) Stand with one leg leading and the other behind.
2) Come on the balls of your feet and in quick succession, scissor the legs back and forth. Look forward and start moving sidewards whilst pumping your arms to help with momentum.
3) Once you've travelled far enough, move in the opposite direction.
