Seated Cat Cow

Setup instructions
1) Sit upright on the seat/box and plant the feet on the floor - chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
Perform instructions
1) Tuck in your chin and curl the body down towards your legs - feel the stretch in your back.
2) Pause at the bottom. Now, curl all the way up and lift your chest towards the ceiling - make sure your head is the last thing that comes up.
3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
