Agility Ladder Drill Alternating Slalom Jump

Setup instructions
1) Lay the agility ladder on the floor - place your right foot inside the square and the other outside.
Face forward with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
Perform instructions
1) Jump forward and across to the next square - your left foot should be inside and right outside. Land on the balls of your feet.
2) Using this momentum, jump forward and across again - your right foot should be in the square and left outside.
Toes should point in direction of knees
3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
Note: as you jump, keep the same leg distance apart.
