BOSU Dome V Sit Hold
- BOSU Ball
1) Start with the BOSU dome side up and sit on top with your tailbone - plant your feet on the floor.
2) Lean slightly back, extend your arms in front and lift your left leg up - your arms and leg should be parallel.
1) Lift your right leg up - you should be balancing on your tailbone.
2) Hold this position until the end of the timer.
