Wobble Board (Leaning Forward & Back)
- Wobble Board
1) Lean onto a chair/wall/apparatus.
2) Stand tall on the wobble board with one leg - tilt your foot up so the back of the board is touching the floor.
1) Tilt your foot forward. The front of the board should be touching the floor - pause here.
2) Tilt your foot back to the starting position.
