Skipping Rope One Hop (Straddle)

Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
2) Hold the skipping rope by the handles and place the rope behind your legs.
Perform instructions
1) Swing the rope around you and jump your right foot in front and left behind - keep the knees soft and land on the balls of your feet.
2) Swing the rope around you again and switch your feet positions.
3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
