Setup instructions

1) Lay the agility ladder on the floor - start with your feet outside the ladder and parallel to the first square. Face backwards with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

Perform instructions

1) Jump both feet into the first square - land on the balls of your feet.

2) Now, jump back and land with your feet outside the ladder (parallel to the next square).

3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
