Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, back flat and core tight.

2) Lift the kettlebell up so the weight is towards the ceiling (upside down). Keep your wrist up and balance the weight throughout the entire exercise.

Perform instructions

1) Step forward and begin walking towards your destination.
