Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

2) Hold the skipping rope by the handles and place the rope behind your legs.

Perform instructions

1) Swing the rope around you, jump up and step your left foot forward.

2) Swing the rope around you again and bring your left foot back to the starting position.

3) Follow this pattern and repeat on the other side.
