Kettlebell Kneeling Halo

Setup instructions
1) Keep both shins on the floor and widen your stance. Chest up - engage the core and glutes!
2) Start by holding the kettlebell in front of your chest.
Perform instructions
1) Move the weight around your head in a clockwise motion.
2) Now, move the weight in an anticlockwise motion.
3) Repeat.
