Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

2) Hold the skipping rope by the handles and place the rope behind your legs.

Perform instructions

1) Swing the rope around you and jump up with your right knee higher than your left.

2) Jump up again and switch feet mid air so the left knee is lifted and your right leg is straight.

3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
