Agility Ladder In & Out (Two Forward One Back)

1) Lay the agility ladder on the floor - start inside the first square. Face forward with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
1) Step your right foot in the next square followed by your left - keep on the balls of your feet.
2) Now, step your right foot on the previous square followed by your left.
3) Follow this pattern and run up the ladder.
