Setup instructions

1) Lay the agility ladder on the floor - start outside the ladder and parallel to the first square. Face the ladder square-on with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

Perform instructions

1) Step your right foot in the 1st square and your left foot in the 2nd square.

2) Hot step in place until your right foot hits the floor for the 2nd time.

3) Push off on your right foot and move your left foot up by 2 squares.

4) Follow this pattern and make your way up the ladder.
