Skipping Rope One Hop

Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
2) Hold the skipping rope by the handles and place the rope behind your legs.
Perform instructions
1) Swing the rope around you and jump both feet up - keep the knees soft and land on the balls of your feet.
2) Follow this pattern and repeat.
