Shoulders ~ Light Workout
This straightforward workout consists of three exercises and only requires a pair of dumbbells. There’s a wildcard exercise added to add more variety and exposure when exercising your shoulders. It is mostly bodyweight, but the dumbbells are added for versatility. The straight sets make it suitable for those who like training in a “bodybuilding” style and want to build muscle.
