Shoulder Stretch

Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with the chest up, back flat, head neutral and core tight. Keep your feet shoulder width apart.

Perform instructions

1) Cross your left arm in front of your chest. Use your right arm to keep it in place.

2) Hold until the end of the timer.

Note: to emphasise the stretch, pull your right forearm closer to your body.
