Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral. Start with your arms extended pointing towards the floor - face the palms down.

Perform instructions

1) In a clockwise motion, make large circles with your arms.

2) Now, go in an anticlockwise motion.
