Seated Back Supported Barbell Shoulder Press from Rack

Setup instructions
1) Get your bench set up under the bar supported on the squat rack
Ensure you set the bar/rack height (shoulder height) and distance so you can easily reach the bar while seated and stable on the bench
2) Ensure the back of the bench is upright.
Plant your feet on the floor and sit back so the back is fully supported.
2) Unrack the bar & start with the bar resting near your shoulders.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly extend your arms and push upwards - lock out the bar above the crown of the head
2) Pause for a second and slowly lower to the starting position.
3) Touch your shoulders and repeat.
4) Re-Rack the bar when you have completed your reps
