BOSU Dome Oblique Crunch

Setup instructions

1) Place the BOSU dome side up on the floor.

2) Lay on your side so your oblique has contact with the top. Extend your outer leg out and bend your inner leg to give you a stable stance.

Perform instructions

1) Curl up towards your tailbone by tightening the core - you'll feel this in your obliques.

2) Pause, 'crunch' and breathe out at the endpoint. Now, slowly lower yourself to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
