Wall Ball Chest Pass

Setup instructions

1) Stand square on towards a wall (about a foot or 2). Hold the ball close to your chest.

Perform instructions

1) Throw the ball against the wall - this should be a 'pushing' motion.

2) Pick the ball up and return to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
