Single Leg Balance Single Arm Medicine Ball Slam

Setup instructions
1) Start with the ball in front of your chest.
2) Shift the weight to your left side and lift your right foot up (you should be balancing on one leg).
3) Hinge forward from the hips and twist your trunk to the right. Your right hand should be in front of your left.
Perform instructions
1) Push the ball with your rear hand to the floor.
2) Grab it on the way up and hold it on the other side.
3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
