Step Up (Explosive)
- Deck Step · Bench
- Quadriceps · Hamstrings · Glutes
1) Place the bench/step length-wise on the floor.
2) Start with your left foot on the step.
1) Shift the weight to your left foot. Jump up and switch leg positions. Now your left foot should be on the step and your right should be on the floor. Land on the balls of your feet and follow this pattern.
2) Repeat on the other side.
