Prowler Sled Pull (Traditional)

Setup instructions

1) Load the appropriate weight and grab hold of the handles - keep the knees soft, engage the core, glutes, legs and back.

Note: you'll be travelling backwards so make sure your path is clear.

Perform instructions

1) Pull the sled to the end of the track.
