Setup instructions

1) Lay the agility ladder on the floor - place your right foot inside the square and the other outside. Face towards the ladder with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

Perform instructions

1) Jump your right foot out the ladder and your left foot in the next square. Stay upright as you do this and keep your legs the same distance apart when you switch.

2) Now, jump your right foot in the same square and your left foot out.

3) Follow this pattern and make your way up the ladder.
