Setup instructions

1) Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, chest up and core tight.

2) Grab the kettlebells with a firm grip. Lift them away from your sides until they're parallel to the floor. Hold this position.

Perform instructions

1) Create small circular motions in a clockwise direction.

2) Now, create the circles in an anticlockwise direction.
