Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, back flat and core tight.

2) Grab the kettlebells with the palms facing up (underhand grip) and lift them half way. Keep the elbows tucked into your sides - your forearms should be parallel to the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Step forward and begin walking towards your destination.
