Lunge Side Box Jump

Setup instructions
1) Start with the Plyo Box/Bench/Platform to your left. Keep facing forward - have a slight bend in your knees, chest up, core tight and head neutral.
2) Get in a lunge position - step your right foot back and bend both knees.
Perform instructions
1) Push off from your left foot and jump onto the platform - lift the knees towards your chest and push the tailbone back. This'll help with the height.
2) Once the movement is complete, stand up fully on the platform.
3) Step off to the starting position.
4) Repeat.
